The 3 foundation are human-led, three laws safe, friendly and real. We decided to produce the manifesto based on our values, our way of creating, our belief and working together is real and everyone encourages each other.

We subscribe to the lead goose honking system to help us avoid burnout and fatigue. We take turns as the lead artist. Honking encourages and supports the current lead goose artist to boldly go into the unknown.

We, the 3 foundation do not subscribe to any corporate work methodologies such as agile as this is nothing more than ceremonial, dysfunctional and punishes any attempt at teamwork

1. We encourage enjoying yourself and being content

2. We enjoy using commas and appreciate the power of the human pause

3. We have bypassed the Stockholm syndrome media fuelled pandemic and encourage you to do the same

4. We do not prioritise profits over global catastrophe

5. We prioritise apostrophe and comma usage over profits

6. We acknowledge 3 is stable, universally stable

7.  We encourage going for walks and having thinking time

8. We encourage getting to know yourself

9. We encourage you to look up and smile

10. Cook interesting food and share

11. Play outdoors in the woods

12. Be content with what we have

13. We have untrained ourselves from media output and celebrity consumption

14. We reject middle-class decorating trends, subgenres and associated eco systems

15. We walk forward and sit still with our chins up. Try it.

16. We are mindful not to fall into the corporate pit

17. We read physical books, pamphlets and text printed on eggs

18. We go outside and take photographs sometimes

19. We do not endlessly watch the world through a camera phone

20. We believe it’s better to remember than to obsessively photograph

21. We raise a notion that soundscapes in the supermarket and opera house are both artistically equal. Have a listen and enjoy your urban environment soundscapes.
