Power of positive passwords: refresh your password mantras

Your daily password can subconsciously either boost your mental health or flatten your day.

Passwords needs to positive and more than just functional. They need to be rich, not work related, real, calming, not related to anything you may find negative. Your password can influence your day and state of mind. Be mindful when you see an automated messages ‘Your password will expire in 5 days’. Don’t just add an extra number to your old password.

Think about what you want to enter as a password everyday. Something that gives you energy, warmth, a hug and is real. Exercise your mind and thinking capability. Pause and take time to consider your passwords. Let your password thoughts breathe and evolve. Create your positive patterns for your password positivity fix (PPF).

  • Don’t use throw away phrases or words with numbers

  • Do use earthy, human-positive, cosmos words and phrases you want to hang on to

  • Use passwords that are 3 laws safe

The silent password code

As a race, we use spoken and unspoken passwords, symbols and behaviours. We read other people and use our inbuilt bias-engine, unconcious or not, towards people we may or maynot now. We make judgements and decisions based on the silent passwords we all expose in public with what we wear, how we speak, how we walk, how we take our coffee.
